What is Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)?

PCOS is an endocrine disorder related to hormone imbalances caused by an increased level of androgens (male hormones) in women. Testosterone and DHEA are prime examples of androgens commonly found in women with PCOS. Common symptoms of PCOS:
