Understand Your Gut Health

Do you experience bloating, fatigue, loose stools, constipation, or acid reflux - and nothing seems to show any promising results? At Meta Health, we believe the best way to heal your gut is by treating the root cause, so we can properly eliminate your symptoms.

One of the most effective ways to do an initial gut assessment is through our comprehensive Gastrointestinal (GI) Effects testing kit.

This safe, at-home collection kit helps identify:

  • Infections in the gut - parasites

  • Inflammation - markers that causes inflammatory bowel disease

  • Gut deficiencies related to maldigestion or malabsorption

  • Microbiome imbalances - beneficial bacteria or yeast or pathogenic bacteria overgrowth

Once we are able to identify your specific pattern diagnosis, we can begin to create a natural yet clinically effective treatment plan that includes acupuncture, cupping, bodywork, Chinese herbs and supplements to correct any gut issues that may have caused your leaky gut syndrome, gut dysbiosis, intestinal inflammation to SIBO and more.

The GI Effects panel helps us understand the state of your gut health by looking at bacteria, yeast, parasites, fecal fat break down, to inflammation and immunological markers, and metabolic function.

Furthermore things like long term stress, adrenal fatigue, overproduction of cortisol, estrogen dominance can also affect your gut microbiome, the only way to find your root cause is by using advanced testing to properly diagnose your condition.

The Meta Health GI Effects test is a 3 day sample collection kit that can be mailed directly to your home. After you have collected your sample, you will package it and mail it off to the lab where it takes approximately 3 - 4 weeks to process. After your results return, our Meta Health practitioners will schedule a lab review to go over your test and create a 3 - 6 month protocol to optimize your gut and overall health and wellness.
